Delivery
At Cycle Logic.co.uk we consider a no nonsense delivery charge policy to be one of the most important aspects of our service, therefore we use The Royal Mail and APC to carry out our deliveries depending on size and weight of the orders. So that there is zero confusion relating to delivery costs we charge a blanket £2.50 charge on all orders regardless of cost size and weight. (UK Mainland Only). This offer is only available on Internet orders. Charges for areas outside the UK Mainland will be advised prior to delivery.
For the purposes of deliveries, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays.
Once your goods have been dispatched, you will be sent an email. It is important that somebody is at your address to receive the delivery. If you are out when the goods arrive, a card will be posted through your letterbox and you will be able to contact the delivery company direct to rearrange the delivery. We offer only one delivery option. Our standard delivery you can expect to see your goods within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Out of Stock Items
We endeavor to hold stocks of all the items shown on this website, however there may be circumstances where we are out of stock of a particular item. If this is the case we will contact you and advise you of the estimated delivery date or an alternative item that may suit your needs. You will also be given the option to cancel your order. At Cycle Logic it is our policy to suspend a product from the site where we know that delivery is likely to be in excess of 2 weeks.
Pricing
At Cycle Logic.co.uk we make every effort to ensure that our prices are competitive, fair and accurate. If a price shown on the website is found to be incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of sale.

This means if you wish to return any item that you have purchased within 21 days of purchase you may do so providing the goods are complete and unused in their original packaging with the original tags intact and attached. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, nor does it affect your right to cancel as detailed below.
Warranty Returns
For items that have been used and are subsequently considered or found to be faulty please contact us for a returns number. We reserve the right to return goods to the original supplier for their inspection and assessment. Subject to this inspection we may offer a repair, replacement or credit in the event of an item being faulty or return the item to you if the warranty claim has been rejected. Please ensure that all goods returned to us for warranty assessment are in a clean and hygienic condition – any poo poo pants or similar will not be considered for warranty and returned to you.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason for doing so, starting from the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of you wish to cancel by email to info@cyclelogic.co.uk by fax to 01326 565900 or by letter to the address at the bottom of this page. We then will credit your credit/debit card within 20 days of receipt of goods subject to inspection.
Payment & Security
We accept online payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We take your online security very seriously and to this extent all online payments are handled by and processed using PROTX.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Protx has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorization message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within Protx are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
